Mohamed Niang is a Senegalese entrepreneur specialising in building, growing and structuring high-impact companies. Founder and Chairman & CEO of the N2M Group, he has built an ecosystem of complementary companies spanning private security, facility management, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence applied to security, consulting, training, security technologies, real estate and other strategic sectors.
His vision goes beyond service delivery: he aims to build an African group recognised for its operational standards, its governance and its capacity to innovate.
Expertise in security and risk management
Holder of a Master’s degree in National Security, Mohamed Niang has developed expertise in critical infrastructure protection, risk management, port and airport security, fire safety, business continuity and management systems. He places quality, compliance and continuous improvement at the heart of each of his companies.
Under his leadership, the N2M Group has earned international certifications such as ISO 9001 and MASE, reflecting a constant drive to align the group’s practices with the best international standards. His goal is to progressively move his companies towards the highest levels of certification and performance.
Investing in the technologies of tomorrow
Convinced that Africa must develop its own industrial and technological champions, he invests in forward-looking fields such as artificial intelligence applied to security, intelligent remote monitoring, cybersecurity, biometrics, robotics, the digitalisation of operations and technologies protecting sensitive infrastructure.
Training and passing on knowledge
Through DPM Consulting, he also works to develop skills across Africa, offering training, auditing and consulting in security, safety, quality, risk prevention and management.
